Position: iPad Developer

Location: London, West End

Duration: 6-12 Months

Rate: £425-475pd

 

The Client

 

Our client is a prestigious West End based FTSE who require a iPad/iPhone Application Developer for a role will potentially for 3 to 4 specific Apps on a rolling contract basis based in their state of the art HQ. This will be their first venture into bespoke App development and are looking to offer their internal clients a variety of Apps across their business.

 

The Role

 

Candidates will have full control and responsibility of concept to delivery and roll-out of the App and will adopt the same duties as a Consultancy. The App is intended to be used for internal users primarily but will have scope for the App to be continually evolved to suit demand. It is intended to be the springboard for at least 5 subsequent Apps that need Developing off the back of the original project.

 

The Candidate

 

We require commercially experienced iphone/ipad iOS Developers with 2-3 years of experience of delivering successful Apps to the market or internal client customers. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate and provide working evidence of at least 3-5 Apps.

 

iPhone Skills and experience required:
-iOS development
-Objective-C, UIKit/Cocoa Touch, SQLite.
-Xcode, Interface Builder, Instruments.
-End-to-end development of iPhone and iPad applications

Position: Business Analyst - Property/Real Estate
Location: Central London

Start Date: 17th October onwards
Rate: £55-65ph
Duration: 12 months+

The Client

Our client is an award winning & thriving Property Sector organisation based in heart of the West End who anticipates that the role will last for 3-4 years in duration (it’s actually replacing someone who has been with them on contract for over 6 years). The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to understand technical & functional requirements from end users in the Property/Real Estate Sector.

The Role

We require a strong Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience of working within a Property/Real Estate Company and a successful track record as a Business Analyst managing multiple projects & business streams. The role entails capturing business requirements from end users throughout the organisations various departments so that they can be translated into tangible projects by the internal team of Developers and then managed by the BA/PM. Continuity is vital for this client hence the long term initial contract and genuine opportunity for a 3-4 year contract assignment.

The Candidate

Applicants will ideally have worked with a variety of Property Management systems (such as Horizon, Argus, Yardi etc) and will have interacted with various business departments in their current/past roles. Excellent communication skills (oral & written) are required as the correct candidate will be working with various internal Departments as the ‘face’ of the IT Department.
